We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our font licenses. There is a good reason for this as it is impossible to return the product (the font) after it's been downloaded without us being able to know that it hasn't been installed or used elsewhere. It is a lot easier if someone is sending back a t-shirt or asking for another size or colour, but, for licensing, it doesn't work this way.
If you seem to have a technical problem with a font that you have purchased which you can't fix from the advice in our FAQs, then please contact our customer services team on support@ilovetypography.com within 30 days of purchasing the font license. If the font is not performing as it should be then we can look in to this and and fix it for you. In the very unlikely situation that it can't be fixed, then we would arrange a refund for that font.
